Ingredients:
- greek yogurt
- dried apricots
- orange juice
- honey
- nuts
1. cut the apricots in small pieces
2. mix with some orange juice and a bit honey
3. stir for a few minutes
4. fill this in a glass cup
5. than pour it with greek yogurt
6. sprinkle the top of the yogurt with some nuts
(also you can put some honey on the top)
Of course you can use plain yogurt as well and any other types of dried fruit too.
I actually run out of honey so I had to use cane sugar. Still taste lovely.
